Andre is a culture transformation leader with over 25 years of experience in creating customer centric cultures with loyal customers and highly engaged employees.  

Andre is President of Culture Transformation Resources, a management consulting firm she founded in 2013 that specializes in culture initiatives, leadership development, service excellence and executive coaching. 

In 2023, she joined Camden Property Trust as Vice President, Employee Engagement overseeing the company’s recruiting, onboarding, DEI, learning and development programs for their 1,700 team members who take care of customers and residents at over 170 apartment communities in 15 U.S. markets.

Andre is also an artist and owner of AHA! [Andre Harris Art] Gallery at Redemption Square in Houston, TX.

Very near and dear to Andre’s heart with five nephews on the spectrum, Andre is passionate about autism awareness, acceptance and advocacy.  She proudly serves on the Board of Directors for Inspire ND, shining a light on neurodiversity for young adults on the spectrum.

•    15 years with Continental Airlines (now United) – eight years as Worldwide Director of Reservations Training, Policies, Procedures and Quality Assurance.

•    Westfield shopping centers as Vice President Customer Experience and Training (7 yrs)

The Spirit of Aloha is part of Andre’s DNA and comes from her Hawaiian culture. It explains her warmth, compassion and genuine love for all people.  Growing up surfing big waves on Oahu’s north shore (she still surf’s Pipeline at 56!) instilled a lifelong passion and pursuit for working hard and playing harder.  Houston is currently home.

Andre’s greatest blessing and joy is her Ohana (family): “kiwi” hubby, Dwayne from New Zealand, amazing children (13-37 years old), and two of the best grandbabies ever.
