Matkin-Hoover Engineering and Surveying provides civil engineering services for the private and public markets. We specialize in land development and commercial site development, but are also active in public RFQ work such as federal, K-12, higher education and city\county projects. We also have an in-house full service surveying department that can provide services such as topographic surveys, title/boundary surveys, lidar surveys and platting services.
